Welcome to Lunacove (the "Service"), operated by [Entity Name] ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Adults only (18+)
The Service contains sexually explicit, AI-generated content intended solely for consenting adults. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is legal for you to access adult content where you live.
2. The Service
Lunacove provides an AI companion experience, including text conversation, long-term memory, and AI-generated images. All characters and media are fictional and computer-generated. They do not depict real people, are not a substitute for human relationships, and do not constitute advice of any kind.
3. Your account & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 18, or let any minor access it;
- attempt to generate, request, or upload content depicting minors, non-consent, or anything illegal;
- resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its API;
- circumvent usage limits, payment, or security controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Premium is offered as time-based plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until cancelled. Crypto payments are one-time purchases of a single term and do not auto-renew. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current term.
5. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including crypto payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because access to digital and AI-generated content is granted immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal once the term begins. Cancelling a subscription ends future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
6. Image tokens & fair use
Premium includes a monthly allowance of custom image generations ("tokens") plus access to the photo gallery. Unused tokens do not roll over. "Unlimited" messaging is subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse. We may adjust limits to keep the Service sustainable.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own enjoyment. AI-generated images you create are for your personal use; you may not resell or redistribute them commercially.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
