Every image, character, and piece of media on Lunacove is generated by artificial intelligence. No real human beings are depicted. All characters are entirely fictional and are portrayed as adults aged 18 or older. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintentional.

2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — exemption statement

Because the visual content on Lunacove is wholly computer-generated and contains no depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply. No real performers are involved in the creation of any content on this Service.

Although this exemption applies, we maintain a designated point of contact for all records and content questions:

3. Strictly prohibited content

We have zero tolerance for, and our systems are designed to prevent and refuse:

• any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors (CSAM) — we report such attempts to authorities;
• non-consensual content, or content depicting real, identifiable individuals without consent;
• content promoting illegal acts, trafficking, or violence.

Attempting to produce prohibited content violates our Terms and will result in immediate termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

4. Age verification

Access requires confirmation that you are 18+ via our age gate, and explicit content is available only after account login. We take reasonable steps to keep minors out.

5. Reporting & content removal

If you believe any content is unlawful, infringes your rights, depicts a real person, or otherwise violates this policy, report it at lunacove.net/report. The form is open to anyone — no account is required, and reports may be submitted anonymously.

Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery or content that appears to involve a minor are actioned within 48 hours, with the material made unavailable while we review. All other reports receive a response within 5 business days. Every report is logged with a reference number, the date, and the action taken. We also honour valid legal and DMCA-style takedown requests.
